Account Creation Eligibility

The use of Denebola Exchange is only available to those eighteen (18) years of age or older who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• Is not currently a person under conservertorship
• Is not currently under bankruptcy protection
• Has not been convicted of a crime which the State of Michigan holds to be a crime of public trust in the last two (2) years
• The person must be an individual and not a corperate entity
• Is not a resident of the People's Republic of China and/or a member of the Communist Party of China

• Temporarily or permanently disable or suspend a user account
• Temporarily or permanently disable or suspend features of a user account
• Temporarily or permanently disable or suspend platform feature access of a user account
• Remove items from an account
